In the sixth programme from the series "Il-Politika fil-Letteratura," Dr Mario Thomas Vassallo and I discuss literature as social commentary which exposes society’s ills.
During the programme, we discuss the journalistic output of Charles Dickens and George Orwell, Edwin Brock’s poem “Five Ways to Kill a Man,” Harry Mulisch’s novel “The Assault” and Aesop’s Fables.
The selected texts are narrated by Ms Simone Chircop.
