Peace and Good Will

My monthly piece (in Maltese) for tomorrow's Il-Lehen (31.XII.2017) looks at the last year in the light of the Christmas message.

I argue that one factor which unites the Christmas message with the Easter message is the greeting of peace; proclaimed by the angels over Bethlehem and used as a greeting by the Risen Christ. The Christian message is one which works for peace in places where there is an absence of it. However, this message is often forgotten or deliberately ignored.
