A bad law is an unjust law

The proposals to modify the Embryo Protection Act are being rushed through Parliament. Many have voiced their concerns on the proposed amendments. Such amendments raise some ethical and moral questions which cannot be ignored.

In my blog (in Maltese) for Newsbook.com.mt, I argue that a bad law is also an unjust law. I raise some questions which need to be answered before the amendments are ratified.
