After the census

The Church census taken in December 2017 gives a snapshot of Mass attendance in Malta. In my monthly piece (in Maltese) for Il-Lehen (24.III.2019) I look at some of the issues. I argue that we need to look at Ratzinger's interpretation of St Augustine's understanding of the Church in the world - one shaped by the spirit of Pentecost and the witness of martyrs.
