Remembering Mgr. P.P. Saydon

Mgr P.P. Saydon passed away fifty years ago, in 1971. He was the first person to translate the Holy Scriptures from the original text into Maltese - singlehandedly and often from his own personal finances. In this brief article for this week's Il-Lehen (25.VII.2021) I share some preliminary thoughts on his idea of nationhood and nationality.
