Hans Küng died on the 6th April 2021. In my monthly piece for Il-Lehen (25.IV.2021) I look at the life of this charismatic, intelligent, yet controversial man who turned self-promotion into an art form.
He was a man of great faith and he remained a priest in good standing till the end. He was also a man of many talents yet he slowly morphed into a rather predictable persona, almost tedious; always advocating for reform, and seemingly wanting to create controversy just for the sake of it.
